Purchasing Policy
Ticket Purchase and Payment
1.1 Tickets and services can be purchased online or on-site at the Park.
1.2 Payment can be made by cash, bank card or electronic payment systems.
1.3 The price and validity period of services are indicated on the website and in the Park's Information Centre.
Refund policy
2.1 No refunds are available for tickets purchased online unless the customer applies for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
2.2 Refunds for unused (non-activated) tickets of all types will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase and will be credited to the customer's bank account within 30 calendar days of the date of the request.
Terms and conditions of use of the services
3.1 The purchased ticket entitles the user to use the Park's slopes according to the set times and safety rules.
3.2 Guests are obliged to follow all instructions, use safety equipment and follow the instructions of the Park instructors.
3.3 Additional charges apply for loss or damage to safety equipment.
Return and exchange conditions
4.1 Refunds or exchanges of tickets are only possible if the services could not be provided due to the fault of the Park or force majeure circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions).
4.2 If a visitor refuses to participate in the activities for personal reasons, there is no refund or exchange of tickets.
Liability
5.1 The Guest is responsible for his/her own health and safety and that of the persons accompanying him/her during the activities in the Park.
5.2. The park is not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from improper use of the courses or equipment.
5.3. Visitors who fail to comply with the park's safety rules may be removed from the park without the right to a ticket refund.
